About the store

Sekai Store is a clothing sub-brand. The parent business commercial registration number is 2050200792. This is a commercial registration number, not a VAT registration number.

Products and orders

Product pages describe the design, available options, price and stock status. Check the selected size and all order details before paying. Items shown as unavailable are not offered as ready stock. Any preorder must clearly state its expected dispatch date.

Our collection is being developed for manufacture in China and import into Saudi Arabia. Final fabric composition, garment measurements and care instructions must be confirmed before a product is offered for sale.

If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will contact you and arrange a refund. If an error affects your order, we will explain it and offer a correction or cancellation with a refund. Nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Saudi riyals. The final order total, delivery charges and any applicable taxes are shown before payment. Available payment methods appear at checkout. We do not request payment card details through the contact form.

Delivery, returns and cancellation

Our Shipping policy and Return and refund policy form part of these terms.

You may cancel within 7 days after receiving unused goods, subject to the exceptions in Saudi E-Commerce Law. If delivery is delayed by more than 15 days from the contract date or agreed delivery date, the law provides cancellation and refund rights, subject to its force-majeure exception. Our voluntary return policy does not reduce those rights.

Support and privacy

For support or complaints, use our Contact page. Include the order number when your question concerns an order. Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled.

Saudi law applies to consumer rights relating to orders delivered in Saudi Arabia. No clause in these terms limits a right that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

توضح صفحات المنتجات التصميم والخيارات والسعر وحالة المخزون. تحقق من المقاس وبيانات الطلب قبل الدفع. المنتجات غير المتوفرة ليست مخزوناً جاهزاً للبيع. يجب أن يوضح أي طلب مسبق موعد الشحن المتوقع.

نعمل على تطوير المجموعة للتصنيع في الصين واستيرادها إلى السعودية. يجب تأكيد تركيب القماش وقياسات القطعة وتعليمات العناية قبل عرض المنتج للبيع.

إذا تعذر تنفيذ طلب مدفوع، سنتواصل معك لترتيب استرداد المبلغ. إذا أثر خطأ في الطلب، سنوضحه ونوفر التصحيح أو الإلغاء مع الاسترداد، دون الانتقاص من الحقوق النظامية.

الأسعار بالريال السعودي. يظهر إجمالي الطلب ورسوم التوصيل وأي ضرائب مطبقة قبل الدفع. تظهر وسائل الدفع المتاحة عند إتمام الطلب. لا نطلب بيانات البطاقة عبر نموذج التواصل.

تُعد سياسة الشحن وسياسة الاسترجاع والاسترداد جزءاً من هذه الشروط.

يحق لك فسخ العقد خلال 7 أيام من استلام منتج غير مستخدم وفق الاستثناءات الواردة في نظام التجارة الإلكترونية. عند تأخر التسليم لأكثر من 15 يوماً من تاريخ العقد أو الموعد المتفق عليه، تُطبق حقوق الفسخ والاسترداد النظامية، وفق استثناء القوة القاهرة. لا تنتقص سياسة الاسترجاع الطوعية من هذه الحقوق.

للدعم أو الشكاوى، استخدم صفحة التواصل وأرفق رقم الطلب عند الحاجة. توضح سياسة الخصوصية كيفية التعامل مع البيانات الشخصية.

تُطبق الحقوق النظامية السعودية على الطلبات المرسلة إلى السعودية. لا يحد أي بند من حق لا يجوز تقييده وفق النظام المطبق.
