Sekai Store is a clothing sub-brand operating under its parent business, commercial registration 2050200792. This policy covers personal information processed through sekaistore.shop. For privacy questions, requests or complaints, use our contact form. Do not send passwords, payment card details or identity documents through the form.

Information and purposes

When you contact us, we receive the details and message you submit. The form asks for your name and email; phone is optional. We use this information to answer questions, handle complaints and arrange returns.

If you place an order, Shopify checkout requests an email, name and delivery details. Phone is optional and an account is not required. Order records include the products, price, delivery and payment status. These details are needed to process an order, arrange delivery and support, issue refunds and keep records required by law. Payment details are handled through the payment service selected at checkout. Do not send them to customer support.

Shopify also processes device and usage information, such as IP address, browser, pages visited and cookies, to operate the website, maintain the cart, secure the service and measure its use. Optional information is identified by the relevant form. If information needed for an order is missing, we may be unable to fulfil it.
