Returns and refunds

You may return standard clothing within 14 calendar days of delivery if it is unworn, unwashed and has its tags attached. You may try the garment on to check the fit.
Arrange a return
Use our Contact page and include your order number, the item and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions and the return address. Do not send goods to an unconfirmed address.
Shipping costs
For a change-of-mind return, you arrange and pay return shipping directly to your chosen carrier. We charge no restocking fee. If we send the wrong item or an item arrives defective, we cover return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund. This does not limit your rights under Saudi law.
Refunds
We refund the price paid for the returned items. If you return the entire order, we also refund the original standard delivery charge. We issue refunds to the original payment method within 7 business days after receiving and checking the return. Checks will be completed promptly. This timeframe does not extend any deadline required by Saudi law. Your bank may need additional processing time.
Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible to cancel an order before dispatch. If it has not been dispatched, we refund the full amount paid. After dispatch, follow the return process.
Your legal rights
Your statutory rights remain protected, including the right to cancel within 7 days after receiving unused goods, subject to the law's exceptions, and rights relating to defects, goods that do not match the order and delayed delivery. The voluntary 14-day policy does not reduce those rights.

يمكنك إرجاع الملابس العادية خلال 14 يوماً تقويمياً من الاستلام، بشرط ألا تكون مستخدمة أو مغسولة وأن تبقى بطاقاتها مرفقة. يمكنك تجربة القطعة للتحقق من المقاس.
لطلب الإرجاع، استخدم صفحة التواصل وأرفق رقم الطلب واسم القطعة وسبب الإرجاع. سنرسل تعليمات الإرجاع والعنوان. لا ترسل المنتجات إلى عنوان غير مؤكد.
عند تغيير الرأي، تتحمل تكلفة شحن الإرجاع وتدفعها مباشرة لشركة الشحن التي تختارها. لا نفرض رسوم إعادة تخزين. إذا كانت القطعة خاطئة أو معيبة، نتحمل شحن الإرجاع ونرتب الاستبدال أو استرداد المبلغ، دون الإخلال بحقوقك النظامية.
نعيد المبلغ المدفوع للقطع المرتجعة. عند إرجاع الطلب بالكامل، نعيد أيضاً رسوم التوصيل العادي الأصلية. نصدر الاسترداد إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال 7 أيام عمل من استلام المرتجع وفحصه. يُنجز الفحص دون تأخير، ولا تمدد هذه المدة أي مهلة نظامية. قد يحتاج البنك وقتاً إضافياً لمعالجة المبلغ.
لإلغاء الطلب قبل الشحن، تواصل معنا بأسرع وقت. إذا لم يُشحن الطلب، نعيد كامل المبلغ المدفوع. بعد الشحن، اتبع إجراءات الإرجاع.
تبقى حقوقك النظامية محفوظة، بما فيها فسخ العقد خلال 7 أيام من استلام منتج غير مستخدم، وفق الاستثناءات النظامية، والحقوق المتعلقة بالعيوب وعدم مطابقة الطلب وتأخر التسليم. لا تنتقص سياسة الـ14 يوماً من هذه الحقوق.
