Shipping within Saudi Arabia

This policy covers orders delivered within Saudi Arabia. We currently offer standard domestic delivery only.
Charges
Standard shipping costs SAR 20. Standard shipping is free when the product subtotal is SAR 249 or more after discounts. The final delivery charge appears at checkout before payment.
Processing and delivery
Available, paid orders are processed within 2 business days. Standard delivery is estimated at 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. Allow approximately 5 to 9 business days for processing and delivery combined. Business days exclude public holidays and days when the fulfilment operation or carrier is closed.
Unavailable products cannot be ordered as in-stock items. Manufacturing and import time is not included in these domestic delivery estimates. Any future preorder must show a separate expected dispatch date before payment.
Order updates and delays
We send dispatch updates using the contact details on your order. Enter a complete Saudi delivery address and a reachable telephone number. Use our Contact page for delivery questions or to report a missing or damaged parcel.
We will notify you if dispatch or delivery is delayed. Your cancellation and refund rights under Saudi law remain protected. Where delivery is delayed by more than 15 days from the contract date or agreed delivery date, the law provides cancellation and refund rights, subject to its force-majeure exception.
الشحن داخل السعودية

تشمل هذه السياسة الطلبات المرسلة إلى عناوين داخل المملكة العربية السعودية. نوفر حالياً التوصيل المحلي العادي فقط.
رسوم الشحن العادي 20 ريالاً. يكون الشحن العادي مجانياً عندما يصل مجموع أسعار المنتجات بعد الخصومات إلى 249 ريالاً أو أكثر. تظهر رسوم التوصيل النهائية عند إتمام الطلب وقبل الدفع.
نجهز الطلبات المدفوعة والمتوفرة خلال يومي عمل. مدة التوصيل التقديرية من 3 إلى 7 أيام عمل بعد الشحن. المدة الإجمالية التقديرية للتجهيز والتوصيل من 5 إلى 9 أيام عمل. لا تشمل أيام العمل الإجازات الرسمية أو أيام توقف جهة التنفيذ أو شركة الشحن.
لا يمكن طلب المنتجات غير المتوفرة باعتبارها مخزوناً جاهزاً. لا تشمل مدد التوصيل المحلي وقت التصنيع والاستيراد. أي طلب مسبق مستقبلي يجب أن يوضح موعد الشحن المتوقع قبل الدفع.
نرسل تحديثات الشحن إلى بيانات التواصل المسجلة في الطلب. أدخل عنواناً سعودياً كاملاً ورقم هاتف يمكن التواصل معه. للاستفسارات أو للإبلاغ عن طرد مفقود أو تالف، استخدم صفحة التواصل.
سنبلغك عند تأخر التجهيز أو التوصيل. تبقى حقوق الإلغاء والاسترداد وفق النظام السعودي محفوظة. عند تأخر التسليم لأكثر من 15 يوماً من تاريخ العقد أو الموعد المتفق عليه، تُطبق حقوق الفسخ والاسترداد النظامية، وفق استثناء القوة القاهرة الوارد في النظام.
